Integrated Listening Systems

Neurons that fire together, wire together. The ILS is a clinical-level intervention consisting of therapeutically-treated music combined with fun movement activities that provide simultaneous multisensory input to help develop new and reinforce existing pathways governing organization of the body and brain function.

The Focus System is a fun, interactive program that uses music and movement to help children and adults improve and enhance brain & body function, attention and concentration, enhances the foundations of learning readiness, and accelerates outcomes.

Therapeutic music is delivered via air and bone conduction headphones, providing auditory input to the brain and sensory input to the body. Movement activities, customizable for all levels, provide additional sensory and motor input for body organization. The flexibility of 60-minute or 30-minute versions of the programs, which target specific goals, make implementation easy for improving brain and body organization.

The Focus System program influences learning ability for children and adults. The Focus Program has different programs that facilitate and improve a range of skills and abilities.

  • Calming Program (10 sessions of 60 minutes each)
  • Sensory & Motor Program (60 sessions of 60 minutes each)
  • Concentration & Attention Program (40 sessions of 60 minutes each)
  • Reading & Auditory Processing Program (40 sessions of 60 minutes each)
  • Optimal Performance Program

Before we begin the intervention in school, the child is assessed in areas like Sensory Motor, Attention and Concentration, Auditory Processing and Reading, emotional and social competencies and based on the assessment scores the relevant program is initiated.
